2025 Food Resolution Ideas
Food Quote of the Day: “Your diet is your bank account. Good food choices are good investments.” -Bethenny Frankel
Happy New Year! 🙂 I hoped everyone had a wonderful ending of 2024. My holiday season was great. As a family tradition, I made some delicious gumbo and seafood boil.
Since I did last minute shopping (literally two days before Christmas), I was worried it was going to be a hassle to get some fresh seafood. Luckily the only issue was waiting over an hour to get crab and crawfish meat from a popular Japanese market. It came out delicious and my family enjoyed it as well. I even had enough to make the seafood boil. What a great way to end the year. I definitely needed it. My life has been a rollercoaster these past few years. It gotten so hectic that I needed a long but much needed break from my blog. During that time I’ve been working nonstop and improving on my culinary techniques.
I thank God for calming storms in my life. Now, I’m ready to achieve my goals for Kejaré Cuisine. My 2025 food resolution is to frequently update my website with recipes, reviews, resources, entertainment, etc. I want to give out the best content that I can give out. It’s not going to be easy, but my stubborn self is always ready for a challenge. I want t get out of my comfort zone, grow, and become a better godly woman each and everyday. I still have a lot to learn, but I know I can achieve all of my goals if I work hard and stay on track.
Do you have any 2025 food resolution ideas? If yes, great! If not, it’s not the end of the world. Here are some great ideas to get anyone started:
- Cook more at home and dine out less
- Eat at a restaurant you always wanted to try
- Try a different cuisine you never tried before
- Eat less fry food and sweets
- Eat more fruits, vegetables, and greens (especially the greens!)
- Buy more from the farmer’s market than the grocery store
- Visit and support a local farm
Hopefully these ideas will get you started on the right track. I’m rooting for you! 🙂 2025 is going to be an amazing year. I know it’s a lot things going on this world, but we have to make sure to focus on our mental health and eat food that’s great for our body and soul. Of course, it’s okay to indulge from time to time. I surely do, especially on my sweets (fresh baked chocolate cookie is my weakness). But we have to make sure to be conscious on what we’re putting into our body. God bless, and I hope everyone achieve all of their goals this year. Please let me know what are your food resolution in the comment section.
Sincerely,
Kejaré James
