Lemon and herb chicken. One of my favorite recipes to make. Yes, I’m vegan, but I can still cook some juicy and tender meat. Chicken used to be my favorite protein, and I thought I could eat it while eliminating red meat. But life have it ways of changing people’s diet. However, you can always make this recipe for the meat lovers. The lemon and herbs gives the chicken a natural and healthy flavor. Here’s my simple but delicious lemon and herb chicken recipe.

Lemon and Herb Chicken
Equipment
- 1 Large pan
- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Large chef knife
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 cp Lemon
- 1/4 cp Sage
- 1/4 cp Parsley
- Olive Oil
- 4 Pieces of chicken
Step 1
Chopped any herbs (I’m using sage and parsley) and place it to the side. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and lemon juice before rubbing the herbs on the chicken.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350F. In high heat using olive oil, simmer the chicken until both sides are golden brown. (Very important part of the chicken recipe!)
Step 3
Place the chicken in an oven pan and put it in the oven for about 20-25 mins (depending on what type of chicken you’re cooking.) Using a thermometer, make sure the temperature reach 165F. Allow the lemon and herb chicken to cool down and enjoy! 🙂
